ABOUT ME
I have always been fascinated by muscle mechanics and the way the body systems work. For the past 13 years, I spent the majority of my time coaching dance. Through it, I grew my passion for coaching and developed a major love for goal setting and behavior change. I LOVE coaching others to help them achieve their own goals. Because of this passion I pursued a personal training and nutrition coaching certification. While pregnant with my daughter I also developed a deep passion for the female body and how incredible it can be during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Through my own journey and speaking with/working with other mamas, I found such a need for supporting women during this time period! I am also now certified in pre & postnatal training & nutrition!!

As humans we have a tendency to struggle with the difference between expectation and reality. We constantly compare ourselves to others in every aspect of our lives and are disappointed when our reality doesn't align with our expectation. I have learned through my own story that living in the reality of your life versus the expectation provides so much room for growth and fulfillment. I will never say this is easy, but it is possible to learn to love your life just as God has given it to you. By making small changes in my life and focusing on mindset, I learned to love my body (and the amazing things it can accomplish) just as it is, even while desiring change. ​

My goal is to help others realize their own potential to chase their goals, create sustainable lifelong habits, and help them change their lives for the better!

How does it all work?
Every interested client begins with a discovery call. We will discuss goals, barriers, scheduling, and expectations.
Then, we dive right in and get to work based on your action plan to reach your goals!

Do I have to take pictures of myself?
Not necessarily! I will ask that you find some unit of measurement to track your progress (ie. weight, measurements, pictures, how you see yourself in the mirror, how your systems are functioning etc.).

How often do we check -in?
Throughout the course of your training, you will have full access to me for questions, concerns, sharing victories, etc. I am here to champion you towards your goals in whatever capacity you need!

Are you going to yell at me?
No, I will not, but I expect that you will work towards your goal(s) as hard as I am and I will hold you accountable to the boundaries and goals you set for yourself. I have a kind heart with a persistent spirit meaning I will push you exactly as hard as you need to be pushed.
