This 8 week plan is perfect for you if you are wanting to tone up, build some muscle and lean out! This plan includes a lot of traditional weight lifting exercises with a few twists thrown in to keep it fun! :) It does require a gym setting due to the equipment needed (dumbbells, cables, etc) BUT if you ever need any modifications due to a lack of equipment, just let me know!
